Starting 19 November 2026, as an additional security measure to protect customer transactions, you will be required to complete an additional verification step for a new or unusual login activity through Ocean by BCA website (ocean.bca.co.id). This verification can be completed by entering an OTP Code sent via email and/or by verifying a QR Code using the myBCA Bisnis Lite application.

• OTP Verification via Email: For users who do not use myBCA Bisnis Lite, the system will send an OTP Code to the email address registered under the User ID.
• QR Code Verification via the myBCA Bisnis Lite Mobile Application: For users who already activated myBCA Bisnis Lite application, the system will display a unique QR Code on the Ocean by BCA login screen. Customers simply need to scan the QR Code using the QR Scanner icon located at the top left of the login page in the myBCA Bisnis Lite application. The application will then display an OTP Code that needs to be entered on the Ocean by BCA login screen.

To ensure a smooth login process, please make sure that the email address of your User ID has been registered and is active. If your User ID email address is still empty or has not been updated, please update it immediately through your Company Sysadmin or at the nearest BCA branch.  

Please keep your Ocean by BCA credentials confidential and do not disclose your Corporate ID, User ID, PIN, Password, OTP Code, or Appli KeyBCA response to anyone, including parties claiming to represent BCA.
