This service allows the Customer to receive (broadcast) information on indicative forex rates, indicative securities prices, and/or market updates, and to directly conduct forex and/or securities transactions with the Dealing Room – Treasury Division (DTR) via a chat platform designated by BCA. The chat platform used for this purpose is WhatsApp.
